mama is goin' back to school!

so, i start school on june 16! i decided to go to summer school so i could get a jump start. my first foray into college life will be a class called "the child, family & community tuesday/thurs. 6pm-9:05pm. should be interesting. my major is liberal studies as i think i'd like to substitute teach. fall classes start in august and i am taking five classes! two english classes, math, college success and one online class marriage & the family. whew! wish me luck.....

guess who's back!!!

well, i crashed the computer and then fixed the computer, but erased EVERY single thing we had on it. so that means, no email addresses, pictures, documents, etc.. we are basically starting from scratch. it sucks, but what can you do? now, for the bad news: the kidlets school has went traditional! for those of you who are already traditional, we are a year round school, with one month off in november, april and july. the kids still go the same amount of days as traditional, the three months are split up. that schedule is fabulous as we get a break just when the kidlets are burnt out and we go back just when mommy is burnt out!! that being said, i am not happy and now need to come up with summer plans asap. so my readers, if you know of anything in the greater sac area, please share. i am freaked out about having too much downtime. also, the picture is my sweet kidlets on their last swing. we are demoing it as i write!

it's been a minute!

ok, ok. before you all judge me for being a horrible poster, let me tell you, our computer is all jacked up (again)and i really don't want to post w/o pics (i can't upload new photos from my camera). sissy and q have started basket ball and are learning all the finer points (ie: fundamentals)of the game. they are enjoying it a lot! big ryan thinks this is sissy's sport. she is doing very well and seems to understand the game! yay sis!!! as for big ryan and me, just working and trying to keep the house together! i will write soon, i've missed this!!!

saturday backyard cleanup!

so satruday was a beautiful day, and we decided to clean up the backyard. the kids had a ball washing the patio table and chairs with soapy water, pulling weeds, and just investigating around. tho q gave up and said he was "too tired". the back of my legs are still sore!!! gotta get that elliptical machine from niss asap!!!
